To download and run the electronic Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) help program:

1. Save the FAQ.zip onto your computer,

2. Unzip all the files in the FAQ.zip using a standard Zip program (WinZip, PKZip, etc.), and

3. Double click the "Faqhelp.hlp" file.
