Upgrade to GIS\Key™ v3.0 for Complete Y2K Compliance! Use Advanced, Integrated Query & Reporting Tools |
||
| Users
of v3.0 will instantly notice changes in our Scout Query tools. Visually,
all output options have been moved to a button bar, along with new “Save
Query” and “Refresh” buttons. “Save Query” saves all filters of the previous
query for future use. “Refresh” clears those choices so the user can start
again without clearing earlier choices.
The new output buttons for Reports, Exports, Maps and Graphs activate (light up) when you’ve gone far enough in your data drill down to use them. Clicking on a button starts a new tab dialog for that function with additional filtering, browsing or formatting capability. For example, you could create a primary results query for all sampling points for the BTEX constituents then use the map or graph dialogs to create surfaces or graphs for each chemical. The Reports output scheme is all new. All reports are created using Crystal Reports and Crystal forms instead of Jetform. |
The forms are very similar, but Crystal functionality is significantly enhanced as follows: First, all reports have instant on-screen WYSIWYG (as printed) preview. While in preview mode, the user can change formats, include or exclude data, change position of constituents, add alert level checks, etc. In other words, users can now play “what if” with reports before printing or exporting, just as they can with contour maps, graphs, etc. on screen. Also, like other graphical output, GIS\Key™ reports can now be saved in many more formats to ease communication of the data. There are now about 30 export formats, including Word, Excel, Lotus, several database formats and HTML. Saving reports as HTML allows users to publish reports directly to the Internet. For more information, please contact us through our Web page (http://www.giskey.com) or call Larry Eytel at our California headquarters office. |
HIGHLIGHT: GIS\Key’s™ new tools and Scout Interface in v3.0. enables even inexperienced users to get an overview and /or any detailed project information they need, quickly and intuitively. The new functional modules allow our clients to affordably add licenses for enhanced communication between site owners, regulators, and the project team. Ask for a free demo!
