Installing the Frequently Asked Questions

To download and run the electronic Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) help program:

1. Save the FAQ.zip onto your computer,

2. Unzip (extract) all the files in the FAQ.zip using a standard Zip program (WinZip, PKZip, etc.). You can unzip the files into any directory.

3. From Windows Explorer, double click the "Faqhelp.hlp" file.
